How to connect your battery to CheckWatt

01 Choose an installer
We work with installers across the country who carry out the installation and are responsible for supporting your system. Together we will find a partner company near you that has the right skills.

CheckWatt’s partner company installs a CM10, a physical device that connects to your battery system, energy meters, and the internet. It takes about an hour for an electrician to complete the installation.

Within a few days, the system is configured and tested by CheckWatt or your installer to ensure everything is working as it should.

The system is connected to our virtual power plant. CheckWatt takes over control of the system and optimizes charging and discharging with the aim of maximizing profitability. The system starts generating revenue.

In the EnergyInBalance portal, you get a complete overview of your production, consumption, and revenue.
